Therapy for cocaine use starts with developing insight into why and when your cocaine use became a problem.
You and I then analyse what may have made you vulnerable to continuing this use, this helps you to realise your reasons for maintaining it. We also work to understand your strengths we can draw on to give you the willpower to begin to decrease use and co-construct behavioural and psychological techniques for it's gradual and safe reduction in the long and short term.
We implement, monitor, and modify these techniques together at the same time looking at why they fail when they do. Cocaine use is hard to beat so we need to equip you with a wilful internal voice that can beat any self rationalisation for just another gram! There is no need to be embarrassed about cocaine addiction, the only shame is continuing to be a user when you really don't want to.
